Above ground pond ideas?

I am getting ready to purchase a 1000 gallon plus cylinder pond. It is 7 ft across and 4 ft high. I am planning on digging a hole for it 2 ft deep. I do however need some ideas on how to build up around the rest of the liner that will be above ground. So if any of you can post pictures of your above ground ponds, I would really appreciate it.

 

Here are some of my pond. It is only about 180 gallons, so not near as big as yours will be. Mom and I built the rock wall and the block sitting wall around it then backfilled with dirt for the plants. The rock against the house in the back was originally a waterfall for the old pond - until it started to leak into the house. Now, it is just a nice background for the pond.

Just takes planning draw it out on paper is the best way. For myself I can see the plans in my head so I don't need to and have been building waterfalls and ponds for many years . If you need help let me know!!!!

 

I am so disappointed.... Unfortunately, I was a day late and the pond was sold before I could come up with a truck to go pick it up
