so i currently have my co2 diffuser under my powerhead which shoots the mist forward toward the other end slightly downward of my tank would there be any negative effect of attaching an air pump/line to the powerhead also would the air from the pump/o2 clash with the co2 making either useless? sounds wierd but im not very sciency

I wished I could help you with the co2 system but I have never used one. But I might need to in the future.

The only negative effect I can think.of is that the airbubbles might cause a flow upwards causing CO2 to earlier be exchanged at the watersurface.
Airbubbles aren't only oxygen !

BTW the same effect as a plain airbubbler in a tank in which CO2 is added.
