I would take it out and do a series of 50% WCs just in case.

im not really sure if stinkbugs are poisonous or not to fish. if it were a fly or mosquito then i wouldnt worry....i would just do some water changes just in case as someone already suggested

My dad and me always do 90% water changes, So i think i will check if the Stink bug actually did affect the betta.

Do not do 100% WCs. It can mess up the water parametersand stress out your betta. 50% is as much as I would do.

In a bowl, depending on your filtration and your stocking, large water changes may be your best bet. 90% is a bit much weekly, but 75% is fine, and is definitely much better than having a betta living in filthy water.

If reef tanks can handle 80-100% WCs, your betta will be fine :)
