So i finally have my second 125 tank almost ready to go and want to stock it with afican cichlids. Haps? Peacocks? Mbunas? How many? Ratio of m/f? LeoDiaz

Which ones do you want the haps, mbunas etc?

Which do you prefer? Ive always heard mbunas are more colorful. Is this true? I dont know much about african cichlids. Ive always had south/ central

You can keep a lot of any so doesn't matter which one you choose. But which one do you like best.

And all male tank you be your best option, females are gray and boring. You could do 30-35males all different species just avoid jakes and OB peacocks.

jacobfreibergi Aka jakes are peacocks that are more agressive then usual so don't mix well in a male only tank. Ob are another type of peacocks that are not recommend for a male only tank.
