A LOT going on!

Hi there, I was in a big box pet store this evening, and for the first time ever, found a beautiful fish with LICE!!! I wanted to buy it just to take care of it (been keeping goldfish off and on for 30 years and have treated a lot of stuff, rescued a lot of fish).

I took pictures to research when I got home and, after reviewing, I discovered some other issues I haven’t seen before - namely a weird white line under the eye, a bump under the right nostril, and lumps on the left side that doesn’t look like ick. Maybe scars from lice? Like I said, found this poor fish in a pet store and would love to bring him/her home to treat the issues but would like to have an idea of what I am trying to treat before hand. Any ideas what these conditions are? Thanks for your feedback and help!

Are you meaning the dots in a line along the middle of the side of his body?That's his lateral line, think of it like a tube along his side with holes in it that let water run through, it helps the fish "sense" their surroundings basically by feeling the movements of the water.
It's really hard to tell what problems you see with a white fish under blue light. The white dot under his eye could be ich, or possible a tumor or something, I can't see real well. I just don't have a lot of information, filling out this emergency template would help me understand better.
