I know of pair of EXCELLENT veterinarians who specialize in exotic animals (including fish) in Toledo, OH.

Dr. TI'm and Dr. Sue are amazing vets, and I've shadowed Sue a few times. While most of the animals they get in their practice are birds, ferrets, etc, they DO treat fish. Dr. TI'm worked at the Toledo Zoo for many years.
