A couple of questions about my harlequin rasbora

I only have one harlequin rasbora in my tank, because he was the last one alive in my uncle's aquarium and he said he would flush it (alive) if i didn't want it, so i got a fluval flex tank and put him in there. (i cycled it first dw.) Is it okay if there's just one harlequin rasbora in my tank? Idk if i can add more of them because i already have 6 oto catfish, 1 dwarf loach (he's only here for a couple of weeks because i borrowed him from my dad's tank. I needed him for bladder snails) and 1 harlequin rasbora. Are there too many fish? I can always give some Otos to my dad because he has a cycled empty tank at home. I'm also kinda confused on how much i should feed my rasbora. I've always just fed him some flakes every 2 days. Is it enough or too little?

How big is your tank?

Feeding every other day is fine.

Idk if there's enough room for 6 though. My tank is 57L/15 gallons
