I found an Aquatop Aquarium Glass Submersible Heater, 300-Watt with Liquid Crystal Vertical Aquarium Thermometer. Will that be sufficient to heat a 75 gallon tank with goldfish?

Assuming the area the tank is in isn't too cold, yeah. With a goldfish tank the heater is likely to not be doing a lot of work anyway.

goldfish should have their temp at 66-68f so it's unlikely you'll actually need it. My heater is turned off all year long and only on in winter since it's gets to freezing temps outsude so I set my heater to not go under 66f.
