I am having a semi busily built aquarium with a 110 aquaclear with an intake filter. It will have a planted section. I have
1 pepper cory
2 green corys
1 Australian rainbow(pretty sure)
1 platy
1 tiny pleco (only 2ish inches adult)
Want
5 greens
5 peppers
6 australian rainbows 3m3f
4 platys 1m3f
1 small pleco
1 6-8 inch pleco
1 rainbow shark
1 angel fish

I might get a 2nd angel fish if it is better to pair them. I would do weekly water changes. I built a platform out of pvc and wood to give them tunnels and drift wood. Its weighted down with natural stones which were boiled clean. The substrates are separated sand and planted gravel (carib sea eco something)
2 heaters. 100 and 300 watts. Regular drift wood is in there too, floating and sunken, as well as fake plants, and some regular decorations and hidey holes.

I was hoping keeping it busy like this to give things places to hide and separate them.

If I add an air pump is there any way to put a filter on it?

Thoughts and ideas?

Forgot to add, second list is what I want in the aquarium total. Will be adding real plants, have 2 in there now.

What type of pleco do you have currently?

I would up the schools in the final stocking to 8-10 of each cory and 10-12 rainbows

Angelfish need warmer water than most of the other fish

Rainbow sharks can get pretty aggressive. Since they are territorial it's generally best not to keep them with other bottom dwellers.

Sponge filters can be attached to airpumps easily. All you need is some airline tubing.

I did some research and the temperature I keep the water at is about max optimum range for rainbow and low optimum for angelfish. If its in the range In not expecting problems. I was hoping to curb aggression by adding the angelfish second to last and the rainbow shark dead last. I will have plenty of hiding places in the tank and the structure I built is to basically give the tank two extra 3 foot by 6 inch 'floors' along with four tunnels for the smaller fish to get in. Keeping it planted I was hoping would also help. Also I'm keeping them in the lowest size school, but still a proper school, until I'm sure the aquarium can hold more. What I have planned is 24-25 fish for a 75 gallon tank after all

Peppered cories need 66-72f, australian rainbows need 68-76f, platies need 68-76f, rainbow sharks need 70-77f and angels need 78-82f

The rainbow shark could be ok but since they tend to get more and more aggressive as they age, adding it in last probably won't help much.

All of the fish in my tank are very active, and eat easily. There's been no disease or anything out of the ordinary. They seem very happy in fact and I've seen the rainbow color fairly. I expect that if I continue to give them proper schools that would continue positive growth as well. I'm not sure that the water parameters aren't fine for the fish I have in my tank in other words as I've noticed no issues thus far and in fact I've seen just the opposite of issues
