Hello and welcome.
I'm faaaarrrr from an expert, but will try to help, and I'm sure others here will also, and correct me where I'm wrong, and anything that I missed.
If you have zeroes across the board with your cycle, you are not cycled, you should show traces of Nitrates. This is may be why your fish are not doing well.
As far as your stock, Goldfish should only be kept by themselves, plus they get very, too big for your tank. The frog may get out competed for food. Once a tank is cycled, it usually stays cycled. You may have a crash, if you kill off any beneficial bacteria(bb). Most BB lives in your filter. Whenever you clean your filter, do not use tap water, it will kill the Bb, use old tank water when you do a water change.
What kind of test kit did you use to test the water? Most members here use API Master Test Kit. About 27$ online, compared to about 45$ at the LFS(local fish store)
With this kit, you get up to 800 tests.

Platy's are schooling fish as far as I know. so he might be slow because he's "lonely"

if you have a filter and your tank is cycled, as long as you have weekly or every-other-week WC you should be good to go,

Yes, too much.
none of those should live with a goldfish, due to temperature differences.
Dwarf frog don't usually work with rts.

what type of algae eater is it?

yeah I guess the pet store said I was cycled and everything so you think the blue platy is just because he is new the rts is moving a bit and everything else looks good just wanted to know if maybe I added them to fast that put the ammonia up again

[h=3]Chinese Algae Eater[/h]

I meant the nitirte and ammonia were zero the natrate where it should be

Are you aware that it may outgrow the tank,
will definitely not get along with the rts and may eat the platy?

if you want you can donate it to the LFS so they can take care of it. or are you going to start another tank soon?

red tail shark

I start one as soon as it out grows everything, how long do you think that would be

and what temperature should I keep all these fish? its at 77 right now is that good? the goldfish never seemed to care about it

Sorry for my spelling and missing words, fat fingers and small phone.
I meant when you clean your filter, use the water from the water change to clean the filter. Rinse it well enough where all the loose detritus is cleaned off. The pads should only be changed when they start falling apart.

is 77 degrees good for all these fish? or what I had a heater but it broke so I have to get a new one sometime, and is it impossible for this goldfish to live with these other fish, also I was thinking of in a few weeks adding some green barbs

By the time it outgrows your tank, it's been too long. Always think about how big a fish can get, and stock according to adult size. It's poosible that a fish can be stunted if kept in a tank that is too small.

No..the Goldfish cannot be kept in your tank. It's considered a cold water fish, and prefers Temps cooler than the fish that are in with it.

But that is when you only had the goldfish. You have to make a choice on whether you want Goldfish, or tropical fish. You CANNOT do both. One of them will suffer in the long run, and have a shortened life.

If your nitrates are 0 then your tank isn't cycled. Also if you have live plants the goldfish will rip them from the ground. Everyone else said what I would have said
