5 gal Fish-in cycle with Tetra Safe Start Plus

Hi, I went to my fish shop today and got a 5 gal tank along with filter, heater, gravel, etc. I also picked up 3.38 oz of Tetra Safe Start Plus and a betta. I was wondering what are the steps that I need to do to do a Fish-in cycle with the betta.

I dont know much about safestart so I really cant help you there. I think you just need to follow the directions really well.
