Doing my weekly testing
240 gallon tank 44g sump on a 1 gph auto drip water change system.have never had ammonia issues

Ph 7
Ammonia.5-1ppm
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 15

Just dosed the sump with prime, hopefully detox the ammonia and added some stability. Also increased the dripper to 2gph and will reduce feeding. Any other suggestions?

Any rotten food, plant matter or dead fish that you have noticed? Or a bunch of babies?

Not any food I can see, I feed krill, shrimp and blood worm and the krill is pretty messy during feeding so I'm sure that doesn't help. Plant less tank, no baby's. I did forget to plug the air pump back in last night after feeding not sure if that would be a factor.

Im not sure I can test it. The drip system runs thru a sediment and carbon filter. Wouldn't that take out ammonia if present in the city water
No ammonia present in city water
