Today I finally upgraded from my 29 to 45 gallon.
I have a school of peppered and albino coreys (3 and 4)

I have one blue powder gourami

& a school of 12 neon tetras

I want more fish to accommodate for the upgrade, what fish suggestions do you have?

also— I have 4 Anubis & one java fern. New plants.
What can I do to fill this huge space of black and nothing-ness up top. Maybe some top dwelling fish? Taller plants? I don’t know! ***Also my tanks not cloudy my camera was dirty

How about a big tall piece of spiderwood? You can attach the anubis and Java fern to it as well. :)

I second adding more corys, the bigger the school the better. Also, what about some floating plants? That will fill the blankness in the top. Something like giant duckweed, or dwarf water lettuce would look nice. or you could add guppy grass. Floating plants will suck nitrates from the water, and your gourami might even build a bubble nest amongst the roots!
