44G "Easy" tank

Arfgab

44g Fluval with 207 filter, small gravel substrate and plants (mostly Java fern) and an algae outbreak.

Current stock:
1 Platy
6 Leopard Danio (in QT, hoping they'll keep platy company to avoid live bearer issues)
5 Neons

6 Amano shrimp + 4 Nerites

To which I want to add:
6 or more extra Neons
6 Otocinclus
+/- small (not BN) plec

Does it sound reasonable? My LFS has some interesting stock - like elephant nose fish which is clearly not suitable until I get to build a 2000g in the garage. It would be nice to work towards a curiosity fish like a farlawella perhaps but think I've just left myself slightly undersized for anything too extravagant.

SouthAmericanCichlids

You could definitely have more than this even.

Otos are definitely interesting fish and create less waste then a pleco so in the long run you could do more otos instead of a pleco. But ultimately it's up to you.
