40 Gallon Breeder Sorority

Starting our 40 Gallon Breeder sorority!

Starting with 6 Leopard Endlers, adding in 12 KuhlI Loaches, then one BN pleco, and finally 9+ female Bettas. Super excited!

Any last ideas of things to add to make this all the more awesome?

 

I would swap the bristlenose pleco for a clown pleco. Bristlenoses do better in cooler water.

 

How about some ember tetras?

At 78 degrees I think a BN would be fine no? On my last post several people thought it would be fine

 

78f is really the highest they can tolerate. They do best around 72-73f.
A zebra pleco would work but they can be a little pricey.

I personally think it is fine.. I was told by different people that it is a good temperature for them... Maybe I am wrong though!!??
