40 Breeder?

    I was just wondering, why are 40 breeders named that anyway? Do they possess anything different to breed fish in, which is why they have it in their name?
    It might be a silly question, but I was really thinking.

    Haha! They do have a wider base + shorter height which makes breeding easier when you’ve got tons of fry; more space for everyone to swim. Plus, they’re a lot more practical for when you’ve got a rack system for breeding (people tend to have more floor space than height space + not everyone wants to go up and down ladders to reach the upper tanks).

    Also increased surface area allows better gas exchange abd can theorically hold more fish in comparison to a tank thats the same volume, but taller.
