4 Betta Sorority!

Heehee the only reason I got my 20 gallon 2 years ago was for my female bettas. Big Als told me not to do one and so I didn't. Thankfully now I have way more research then I did then. So here we are today. I went out and bought 6 female bettas (plus my Holly at home).
Once I put them together (probably tomorrow or so) I will update here.

 

I am really excited for you! This is my dream! Please keep us posted, I can’t wait to see how it turns out!

Site. I've never been able to login with the app. The pictures show a grey circle with a line in the middle, kind of like a do not enter sign.

I'm super excited for you! I always recommend stocking with a couple male guppies, since they're so stupid (I promise I love guppies but there's nothing going on in their heads), they'll knock right into any fights and break up sightlines. Once I get pictures, I'll show you how my tank is set up to where I'm able to put in and take out girls without having to wait for them to get used to each other.

I had no problem viewing the photos and I can still see them. Must be something on ur end.

Yeah first I started rescuing and I am ready to advance further into the hobby. Next stop: live plants!

That's probably the issue then. My guess is permission. If I try to access the , it gives a URL with "google user" in it, so I'm assuming you haven't made the s available publicly?

The completely cellophane one looks like a male? I don't see ovaries and the ventrals are pretty long.

 

Man you’ve got some beauties! The first one reminds me of a little Diamond and the fith one looks like a flurry with her small white spots.

I can’t wait to see these beauts swimming around!

Edit: now that I take a second look, I agree with Repolie. The cellophane looks male and a few of the others also look closer to male as well...

I tryed my best to look before buying. He flares a lot and I'm sure there will be a bubble nest I do have the tank space for him and a second male but I was aiming for females.

Having just 2 females would not be a good idea as there needs to be at least 7 to spread out aggression. It needs to be a 20 long with HEAVY planting to break lines of sight.

I suggest making your own thread for more information and so this thread doesn’t get cluttered.

Those are invalid links - they have session tokens in the url so the would only be available for a brief time. If you can't upload via the forum can you upload to an hosting site and then link to them?
