Hello,

I am thinking about adding another species of fish to my 30 Gallon, planted tank and I want to follow the theme I have at the moment. I currently have 9 Tiger Barbs assorted in colour, 6 Zebra Danios, 2 Chinese Algae Eaters and now I think it's about time for another Cypriniforms, or carp-fish type to be added to my hobby.

I would love to hear some suggestions. The fish I currently have are very common to this hobby and it would be nice to add something a little more rare so any ideas would be nice to add to my research list.

This is a semi-aggressive tank because of the tiger barbs.

Thanks for your time.

HI Man I love your idea about the fish but I think you are just a bit over stocked. I would think of taking away some tiger barbs 3 or 4 and then you can probable put a carp kinda fish. but some cyprinifroms can grow to big for a 30 gallon. I hope I gave you an idea. also are your barbs gully grown or just about baby size?

Also I would love to know how to post a question. can you please tell me how
