Can I keep 3 Female Musk Turtles in a 75 gallon ( L 48in by H 21in by W 18in) tank or just two or does it have to be a male and female pair.

I don't see why not. They're small enough. If you keep the water clean enough you could probably to ghost shrimp and some fish as well

Funny, I was planning on a handful of ghost shrimp.

Just remember that turtles produce a LOT of waste so nitrates will be a challenge to keep in check

They are really dirty pets to have! I have a painted turtle and he is tiny. I’m cleaning his tank every week to week and a half. That’s a 20 gallon partially filled with a filter made for a 40 gallon. I can only imagine as he grows!

I will add some plants that are turtle safe and the shrimp will love them, they will also help with nitrates.
