You probably should be using an antibiotic at this point.
I used it right away... Didn't save my betta.

You need to add kanamycin along with the furan (fungus cure)
Ive been in this hobby ten years, and I breed guppies. Your fish sir, need an antibiotic.
Fungus cure is an anti-microbial.
Bacteria that cause columnaris are a specific type of bacteria, the kind that cause STD's in humans, they are called Gram Negative bacteria.
Any old antibiotic will not work. The only ones that will work are:

Kanamycin
Oxytetracycline
Triple Sulfa
Minocycline

Okay, but the guppies actually seam fine. Last weekend I bought 3 and an adf, the one guppy and add died the next day and my betta was sick, she died 2 days later. Everyone else in the tank look great. Your info on the bacteria is the same but info on treatment is different than other advice I've gotten.

Ohh you guys confused me. I used nitrafurazone in the Jungle product, "Fungus Clear"

Jungle Fungus Clear
Active ingredients: nitrofurazone, furazolidone, potassium dichromate
Diseases: bacterial and fungal infections, costia
Contraindications:
See Jungle Fungus Eliminator. The only difference is this one has salt added to keep bacterial infections at bay.

Any thoughts on this issue?

Sorry lol. Yes jungle fungus clear was correct, but you need to add Kanamycin too for columnaris. They're not enough by themselves.

Nitrofurazone, is primarily a gram positive antibiotic
Kanamycin is primarily a gram negative antibiotic
Together, they can stop columnaris, but mostly, you need good fishkeeping, lots of water changes, and remove any dead fish and don't overcrowd.
Columnaris is flesh eating bacteria, very deadly, and once it gets a decent foothold, it gets hard to stop.
