After an unexplained peacock gudgeon death a month and a half ago and an unexplained glowlight tetra death 2 weeks ago, I'm getting the itch to add someone new.
Currently have 7 skirt tetras, 5 glowlight tetras, two hillstream loaches, 1 honey gourami, 1 peacock gudgeon. Everyone gets along, eats, and generally seems healthy.
I don't want any more tetras. Should I add another gudgeon, honey gourami, or hillstream loach? Can I look at something like a bolivian ram, sae, or a couple american flag fish?
I do 25+% water changes every week and do not overfeed so I think I do a pretty good job on tank maintenance.
