20 Gallon Tall Stock

Have a extra 20 gallon tall that has been pretty much empty for awhile minus 5 mystery snails in it presently. Am considering adding 12 Neon Tetra and 12 Silver Tip Tetra to the tank as well. I know it seems a little to much but figured the bio load should be fairly small?. Tank heat stays around 77.0. Any other advice is welcomed? Thank You

Two schools of 12 would not have enough space in a 20 high in my opinion. That would be very very cramped. Bioload is not the issue. The issue is space. I would pick one school only.

sounds good to me...
you could probably add some pygmy corys or some kuhlI loaches.

silver tip tetras get up to two inches. I feel that 12 two-inch fish are going to be too cramped for a 20. I would lessen the school to more like 8.

But I agree with the above, you could had a shoal of bottom dwellers to the stock. There is space for that.
