2 Gallon Question

So, I have an extra 2 gallon aquarium laying around from a friend who didn't want it anymore. And I've been reading a lot and most people seem to think you shouldn't keep anything in something that small. But I'm wondering, if an ADF would be ok in one? I've wanted one of them again for such a long time after they are what got me started in fish keeping, but my tanks and fish have always been to big for them, so would this work? I have a filter for the tank, no heater tho.

    What shape is it?
If it's a hex it wouldn't be ideal.
Adf's like to stretch their flippers..and not just upward.

Do the shrimp! I have some and love them.

well, the only shrimp i have access to are ghost shrimp and i don't really want a ghost shrimp tank. I'm mostly leaning towards ADF or maybe a betta if I were to do something with it

i would recommend shrimp too :) even ghost shrimp can be entertaining. i just think a 2g is such a small space...i'd hate to see a frog, or even fish in one....

yeah, that's what i'm torn about bc it is such a small space. It's so hard bc i love ADFs, but i should prob resist

Yeah, adf's are adorable but try to resist.
I wouldn't put a betta in it either.
There's just not enough horizontal swim space.

NO betta. Deffinetly no adf, why do you have to do anything with it? Save it for a med tank or back emergencey tank.

Keep an eye on Craig's List for something larger.
