2 Filters.....during Cycke

I have a Marineland penguin 150 biowheel. Circulates 150 gal/hr. I have a 30 gal tank. I'm 2 weeks into cycling. If I add an additional 150, will it screw up my cycle as long as the original keeps going with it? I'll have 10x filtration this way

No it will not affect it.

Basically you have to grow bacteria in two different filters. Adding the second isn't going to affect the first in any appreciable way that I can see.

I agree with the above Adding a second filter does not hurt in anyway. Just understand that just because you add an additional filter does not mean you have enough beneficial bacteria to support it or that magically its going to make a huge difference in growing bacteria. There will be only enough BB as there is food to support it.

If you are using Seachem Stability you can cycle in 7 days and introduce fish right away. Personally I cycled with Stability and pure ammonia. Went very quickly for me.
