I am in the process of fixing a 150 gallon tank I got off Craigslist . The bottom of the tank was cracked from front to back when I bought it. Right now I have a 55 gallon that I build a stand and canopy for with 5 discus . I plan on moving the Discus to the 150 when I'm done and will add more .

That is a nice looking tank. Are those rounded corners or are my eyes playing tricks?

It would appear that the front 2 corners are rounded while the back 2 are square. Interesting, I've never heard of that kind of setup.

That looks like an incredible project! best of luck, excited to see the end product

Yes the sides and front are one piece of glass with rounded corners . I have a 55 g acrylic tank with the same rounded corners.

So far on the 150 g I have taken out the broken bottom glass and am replacing it with a double plywood bottom that has been pond shield. Thanks for looking and will keep you updated .

I finished attaching the bottom with silicone and let it dry for 48 hours.
