I am planning on building a 190x60x40cm Tank with 12mm Glass and a 6 inch center brace.
Glass dimension cut list.
Front and back panel: 190 x 40cm
Side panels: 57.4 x 40cm
Bottom panel: 187.4 x 57.4cm
1mm gaps for silicone seams.

Is a single center brace good enough?
Please share advice thank you.

A single brace should be fine, but 6" is pretty small. Maybe 1 10" brace or 2 6" ones spaced a little further apart would be more secure. Or even better, 1 6" brace on each side and 1 in the middle. Might as well overengineer it and call it the Toyota of fish tanks

Thanks for the reply! Hmm according to the thickness calculators for glass, my safety factor on this build is a 11 so would I really need a brace as big as 10" I was thinking a 7 would work? thanks for your help! Also is the cut list for the tank accurate?
