That looks fantastic!! Are they all going to be shrimp tanks or?
Plan is to make them all shrimp tanks. 6 above will be the good quality while the 6 below will be culls for each color.

So do you have it running off of one big sump system or a big airpump with sponge filters in each tank? Please explain your setup some more. What is the rack you are using and well tell us everything about it. richie.p may also enjoy this thread..

Someone didn't wait for the dollar per gallon sale!!

I'm just joking, I can only imagine what the stand and the PVC/filter system cost.

I’m sure if others wanted to replicate this, you could make it a lot cheaper.
im thinking:
130-250for the shelving rack
130-150 for the tanks
25-50 for a big air pump
40-60 for small sponge filters
10-30 for airline tubing
10-30 for check valves and other connectors and spliters.
20-200 for lights
That’s without a auto water change system
so you can make it pretty affordable!

Yes they are!

At least at Petco: "The dollar per gallon sale is one of the top sales of the year at Petco and offers 10-29 tanks for a dollar a gallon and larger tanks like 40, 55 and 75 gallon tanks half off."

Sounds like the doing of an incompetent worker! I would have complained.

$160 So I bought 16 10 gallon tanks incase I had some crack during the drilling process.

$250 for the rack
$50 for a 60 gallon acrylic tank
$50 to make glass lids for all the tanks.
$80 in glass cutting tools (circular and straight)
$200 in pvc pipes
$90 aquarium heater
$90 aquarium water pump
$190 on lights

Roughly over $1,100 when you include taxes

Might be missing a few small items buts that's majority of it.
