After searching for few months for proper aquarium upgrade, I finally found suitable deal.
I paid $300 on craigslist for 110g acrylic aquarium w/stand. Had to restore tank and stand, since it had scratches on the inside and out.
I sanded all sides of the tank with 400,800, 1000, 1500, 2000 grid sand paper. Than used NOVUS plastic polish. Also I didnt realize till later tank was leaking on top left corner. Was initially told by seller that it wasn't.
Found - Weld on 4 for acrylic, injected in the seams after 48 hours filled it with water and viola no more drip.
I reinforced the stand all way around on the inside and repainted. Took me 6 hours to move everything from one aquarium to another finished around 3 am. I have not finished decorating the fish tank, I bought beach pebble rock, scrubbed them added some vinegar, rinse it few times and set it in place.
I bough second sunsun 304b canister filter and second 300 watt heater. This tank alone is like ~80 lbs, got about 150 lbs of sand in it. The bunched up plants in the corner is mexican oak, didn't have time to make it nice and organized.. lol I may have to rid of it because it grows over 4 feet and requires clipping maintenance.
All fish look pretty tiny now and seem to enjoy it.
