100% water change on goldfish tank please help

WagglePets

So I suddenly had to do a 99% wc (I kept like 2 inches of water) in my goldfish tank because there was a leakage that was from something else and under the tank there was mold etc but now it’s fixed and I filled up the tank with primed water and added stability. I’m so scared I’m going to shock my oranda can anyone please help he’s still in the bucket cause I’m so scared to put him back.
Edit: it’s a 20 gallon tank

Put him in... he probably hates the bucket more.

Is the temp good?
Did you dechlorinate?

You added Stability so now you can add 20 more goldfish too*

Its all good man.

the Temp is about 2 degrees colder but with past knowledge goldfish don’t really care if the water is a bit colder than the water there in and yes I added double prime just in case of an ammonia spike

Lol ok.....put the fish in the tank.....you can't keep him in the bucket all night.

Treat the fish the same as when your bring them home from the shop.
Have the fish floating in a bag and add a little tank water every 5 -7 minutes .

The word you are looking for is acclamation.
The fish needs to be acclamated to the different parameters.
I am sorry Bwood22 you can keep fish in buckets for weeks

Im just trying to help the guy with his anxiety...goldfish are pretty hardy.
