Okay lets try this again temp is at 72 was at 60 last night should be good to go temp wise tomorrow morningarky, I don't think I need to let it cycle much more then 36-48 hours since I'm using a used filter that already has all the good bacteria built up

Cool setup but is it big enough for them once full grown? I am thinking in terms of lateral swimming space also it seems they want saltwater once full grown. Good luck and take pics with them in the pond.

yeah I will be able to take it to full saltwater if needed (which it will be needed) and I could always upgrade to the 300Gal tank

May I ask where in your house you've built this pond? Fascinating concept (to someone who lives in a small house).

Basement. we've got it pretty well setup with a table to eat at and a TV although since I put this pond in I haven't watched it at all lol, the pond is much more entertaining ;D

EDIT: Basement specs 23 ft long x 15 ft wide
