my boyfriend is going to stock his 10 gallon soon and were looking for ideas for fish to put in it. he doesn't want really small fish like minnows, or neon tetras, or anything plain like mollys or platys...what are some good fish that get a reasonble size without requiring a bigger tank, preferably really colorful, and unique looking fish.

How about some tiger barbs? they are real cute, exciting, and chase each othe around quite a bit. They only get about 2 inches I believe. I'g get about 4 or5.
