I currently have 3 dwarf frogs, two shrimp, two mystery snails, and two nerite snails in a 10 gallon. I was thinking about adding fish eventually but I'm not sure if I have any options as far as not overstocking and compatibility? I am individually feeding the frogs regardless so I make sure they eat, my mystery snail is surprisingly fast when he smells bloodworms.

I really wouldn't advise putting more animals in there as it's just the right amount of space for the 3 ADF's. Here's a link to the care sheet for them: Care Sheet For African Dwarf Frogs

Their might be some room since snails and shrimp don't have that much of a bioload. With the 3 ADFs i'd be cautious though.
