10 Gal Qt Tank High Nitrates.

This is a pic of my parameters from just now.
10 gal QT with cycled sponge filter from main tank. I also used tss+ just in case. It's been running since monday so 4 days.
Should I do a PWC?
I do have 1ppm ammonia in my tap so I has gone down and held at 0.5ppm. I didn't know if the nitrates were too high.

Yes, they're fine. I wouldn't bother testing until that 2 week period is over, so you don't stress or worry over something you can't change.
