1 fish, 2 fish, red fish....wait...how many is that?

How many fish do you have in your tank?


I currently only have 3 because of tropical fish aggressivness in small tanks.

I there already a post about this? I have 36 fish now and am planning on getting some more lemon tetras, dwarf neon rainbowfish, and have to get 3-4 oto cats for my 10 gallon. That will come to about 44-45 fish.

currently we have 26 but that might increase when we pick up a 30 gallon that has fish in it, if we keep those fish.

nice, you guys must have freshwater though... salt water is what i'm aiming at cause you can't keep that many in a small tank! lol

you can only keep 45 fish (small ones) in anything from 200+ ga lol

by the way, I can only have 3 small fish in my little 12ga lol, every time I get more than 3 one of em dies.

we've got 9 tanks, a temporary tank and a 30 gallon that we just need to pick up to get to 10 tanks.. 11 of our 26 are mahachaI betta fry that are not yet 2 weeks old so VERY tiny.

We've got 4 tanks, 5th one on its way and due Friday. Biiig changes ahead for us. Here's our current setup:

- 39G: cycling fishless
- 13G: 3 molies
- 10G: 5 molies
- 5G: 13 molly fry + 2 oto cats

Once the big one's cycled, it will be:
- 39G: 8 molies + 1 (zebra? not sure) pleco + small schooling algae eaters
- 13G: 1 betta!!!
- 10G: 1 dwarf puffer + 1 ghost shrimp + zebra otos
- 7G: hospital tank
- 5G: more fry I guess + 2 oto cats as permanent residents

5 and 11 tanks, wow!
I've 2 tanks a 67gal and a 8gal.
17 in the 67 and 3 in the 8gal.

67G. Wow! Where do you put it? I'd never have the room. Finding the room for a 39G was big enough of a challenge.

lol.. you know how it is.. we find room for our tanks.. even if other things have to go in the garage.

Yes, you're right. I was having a negative attitude. I am not worthy... Oh my god, just caught myself looking around the living room to see if indeed knocking down a wall would be an option. What's WRONG with me?

lol.. it's the MTS.. it's calling you, asking you if you really need that wall? it's just sitting there in the way of a big tank..

12 fish, 1 tank.  Should have clarified!! I don't think I'll ever have more than just the 1 tank.

Its in the lounge. Fits there nicely, the 8gal is in my room.

I have a 7 gallon with 5 guppies 6 neons and some guppy fry and a 70 gall cycling fish less but I plan to have aroung 15-20 fish in there ;D Callum!

I measured it out for you: 48in x 18in. Perhaps you should seriously consider that wall...

Let's see... altogether I think I have around 55 or 60 fish in four tanks. Everything from an Oscar to Discus to guppies. But I counted my guppy fry... which will be going to a friend before too long. I think I have around 40 something permanent fish.

I meant fish, but tank is a great idea too. My smallest fish are my otos - 1cm - (and my molly fry, but they're quickly catching up!). My largest fish were my baby common plecos (one was 7cm or 8cm). Now it has to be my female mollies (about 5cm).

My smallest tank is a 7G (nursery tank for fry) and my largest tank is a 29G (cycling fishless right now).

our mahachaI fry are our smallest fish. our biggest is Teddy Bear.. if he's really 8 months old like the breeder said, he'll go over 3" maybe as he's already 3". he's a big betta boy - just sad that he has a bad swim bladder

My biggest fish is the gold gourami, Goldie. Bout 6in. Though the angels are comin on... Smallest,Guppies.
