The ludwigia and wisteria you just cut the top few inches off and re plant them.
The coarkscrew and tiger lotus propagate by growing runners that turn into baby plants. When those get 4 or 5 leaves you can clip the runner and re plant it.
Rely more on your water parameters to determine water quality than clarity. Having said that... a lot of times biofilm build up on the inside of the glass can make the water appear cloudy. Also using airstones that make micro bubbles can also make the water appear cloudy.
