    Color Enhancement Help

The first article is where I read it! That’s why I thought fish can benefit from it. I do hope they color up as they get comfortable. I am wondering about if there is anything to give them to speed up and maintain the color changing process I fed them some live bloodworms, and some flake food...

To answer your question, 3 times a day sounds good, they are fast eaters they remind me of piranhas the way they all swarm and eat. Bloodworms are a good treat for them. I have a question if anyone can answer... I read somewhere that soaking fish food in a little bit of coconut oil and feeding...

Color enhancement is a plus, but I know how beneficial coconut oil is for humans, but is it really healthy for fish or safe? I bought some Black Phantom Tetras today 4 males, 1 female. I...

    Help Heavy Breathing Betta

Excellent job with the detail, lol! I had a betta I bought from petco, no disease or issues. He wasn’t a super fast or strong swimmer and I’ve had him in tanks as small as 5 gallons to as big as 40 gallons. After noticing that he was struggling to keep up in the 40 gallon I moved him in a 10...

What Is Wrong With My Tiger Barbs?

I’ve had zebra danios spaz out and die after a water change, I never really understood why but I still have a school of 30+. I don’t know what exactly killed your tiger barbs but it sounded stress related. I hope the others will pull through:emoji_relaxed:

    10 Gallon Planted Tank Lighting

Is this grow light too much light for a 10 gallon? The whole system says it’s 216 watts but I only have 1 out of the 4 light bars hooked up in it. Is one light bar ok or will it cause too much algae? Also it’s on a timer for 12 hours a day.

    Ready To Dive Into Saltwater

Ok I don’t want to get a mandarin goby anymore, I was aware that they need copepods. But I’m afraid it would eat them all too quickly. I want to keep toadstool coral, frogspawn, and Xenia. Could I use a planted aquarium light to grow them? What if I have well water? I never need to use water...

    Ready To Dive Into Saltwater

Once I’ve gotten all my freshwater display tanks 100% on their new aquarium stand upstairs, and once my goldfish are moved outside this spring (because they are too big for their tank) my downstairs aquarium will be empty! I’m ready to take a dip into salt water. STATUS 29 gallon aquarium I...

    Planted Tank Ferts!

All the plants are planted in containers with dirt and a sand cap. I want them to grow out as much as they can so I can have enough to scape my 29 gallon aquarium. I don’t want to have to buy all the plants at once.

    Planted Tank Ferts!

I don’t have time to go by seachem ferts anytime soon! Soooo... my I use these hydroponic ferts for my 10 gallon aquarium? They DO NOT contain ammonium. I am dosing liquid co2 and the plants are under pretty high light. There are 8 zebra danios in there(their temporary home)and plants in the...
