I'm not quite sure. It came with the Fluval 32.5 gallon I bought. It has like two built in sponge filters.

Ok. For 10 praecox, would that be every mid water fish, or could I also add a school of harlequin rasboras? Or mabye cherry barbs?
  3. 33 Gallon Stocking Question

****. I was thinking because they grow to similar sizes (from what I've read online) they and praecox rainbows would be interchangeable. How many praecox rainbowfish would you recommend. If I were to do a small school of Kamakas, how many would fit? 3-4?
  4. 33 Gallon Stocking Question

So I have a 32.5 Fluval Flex. It has a sand substrate with scattered river pebbles, aswell as a line of plants near the back, around 5 separate plants. My planned stocking is as follows, however I tend to overstock my plans so I'd like a second opinion. 10 Kamaka Rainbowfish 1-2 Panda Garra 6...

I'm pretty interested in the more 'rainbowfish' looking rainbowfish. Things like Praecox rainbows, and bosemanis. How many bosemanis could I fit in a tank this size, if any? What male to femal ratio? Also, do you have any expirience with Kamaka and Red Laser Rainbowfish? Could they fit in a...

  13. Hypothetical Goldfish Question

A single goldfish needs atleast a 29 gallon tank. Not only to they grow quite profusely, I've seen some huge orandas, they also produce a ton of waste. In a 10 gal you could easily do a small school of white cloud mountain minnows or a school of green neon tetras.

  15. Angelfish For A 29 Gallon Tank

2 angel fish would fight, unless you hate a pair, and if you did they'd kill everything. Dwarf gourami are also quite aggressive.
  16. What Tropical Fish Is This?

Blood parrot cichlid. Parrot cichlids are entirely different.
  17. Upgraded To A 55gallon

I'd say yes. Firemouths can be pretty aggressive not to mention the temp differences.
