    Converting to Prime.

Coradee, I apologise, it wasn't you that warned about going off-topic in a thread that wasn't. Bellatrix, sorry for my part in going off-topic. I'll say no more on the subject.

    Converting to Prime.

I'm basing this information partly on personal experience and the experience of others, partly on the results of debate about this topic on nearly every other forum, partly on the fact that all manufacturers stick up for their products no matter what, partly on the fact that with a lot of...

    Converting to Prime.

The telephone staff... not much. They get their answers from the marketing team. Even their explanation of how it affects TSS is nonsense.

    Converting to Prime.

... only according to Tetra. In practice it doesn't affect TSS.

    (Hopefully My Last) Stocking Question

You're right... I just listed a few genera of smallish fish (and Acarichthys ). Biotodoma are also quite shy, so not a good idea as a loner. Sorry for the misinformation.

    (Hopefully My Last) Stocking Question

I keep forgetting how big they get, maybe not such a good choice... would also probably try to eat the tetras eventually too.

    Converting to Prime.

Just switch, it won't affect anything. You can also add it with TSS, although adding TSS is unnecessary.

What type of catfish is this please?

It isn't a Catfish, it's a Sucking Loach, or "Chinese Algae Eater". They grow big, and get aggressive.

    Illegal??

He clearly has "issues", lol. I would take his advice.

    (Hopefully My Last) Stocking Question

I forgot about the BP. You might have trouble with that whatever cichlids you get. They don't always stay peaceful.

    (Hopefully My Last) Stocking Question

Festivums live in groups, Keyholes don't.

    (Hopefully My Last) Stocking Question

I would go Keyhole over a single Festivum. And they're both more peaceful than Acaras potentially. Get two keyholes and you could get breeding and the aggression that comes with it. If you can't decide, why are you desperate to add something? Tanks are always better understocked anyway, and...

    (Hopefully My Last) Stocking Question

They do ok on their own. They live in groups in the wild... but so do Angels...

    (Hopefully My Last) Stocking Question

Firemouths are Central American (you can google where fish are from). Also they live in groups. Blue Acaras are quite peaceful usually, but they grow a lot bigger than Kribs so you might get aggression there.

    (Hopefully My Last) Stocking Question

Have a look at these... Acarichthys Biotodoma Cleithracara (keyholes) Guianacara Laetacara (flag cichlids) They're all fairly peaceful soft water fish.

    Name that fish/invert!

Not abnormally coloured, Dragon Wrasse from around Hawaii are green, apparently. They tend to be called Rock Mover Wrasse as adults when they don't look like 'dragons' anymore.

    (Hopefully My Last) Stocking Question

Sajica are Central American, so your water is too soft.

    Name that fish/invert!

You can post a link to an Internet picture...

    Name that fish/invert!

    Yes

    Name that fish/invert!

Can you be more specific... there's a few fish that can be called 'glass tetra'
