    Imperial Tropics Ok?

Hi, I have got seven cherries from my LFS about 2 months ago, and now I have 5. From what I could tell the shrimp were very weak and I was surprised 5 survived. But now my problem is I only have females. Big 1 inch+ monsters but absolutely no males. I browsed Amazon and the link above is the...

    Lake Plants

(assuming you live in the United States)Many of the plants you find in rivers and streams end up being invasive species, and there are laws against having them. They may bring diseases and most likely will have algae.

    What's With This Walmart Fish?!

Tbh there's no reason why a bubble eye should have a popped swim bladder because a goldfish tank should already have nothing but fish inside.

    At Petco Today

I once went to Petco and half the tanks were empty with like 1 or 2 dying fish inside. There were these parasitic green worms attached all over the fish still alive. You could tell they had been feeding a long time because the works were a good inch long and a millimeter thick. Crazy ridiculous

    Plants Found In Stream

Okay, they were kind of growing pinched in-between the rocks so i I'm not sure how I'll attempt to grow them, I might try some free floating, some tied to rocks and some planted in the soil

    Plants Found In Stream

Hello I was out looking at a stream today and found these plants. The stream is in Wisconsin and I was wondering if anyone knew what they are. The stems are kind of white and glossy and I'm thinking of putting them in my plant tub outside or my aquarium inside. Each plant has only two leaves.

Coming Home With My First Puffer!!!

Puffers are so picky so you have to outsmart them. You may want to try feeding snails the pellets that contain the vitamins you wanted for the puffer, then feed the snails to the puffer and he in turn gets those vitamins.

    Unconventional Decorations?

I've been thinking about this stuff for awhile. I have a bunch of these huge amethyst rocks and was considering an amethyst build like a jungle or something kind of. I forgot what type of plants they are called but they like grow into rocks and wood and basically just fuze on which is what I had...

    Outdoor Breeding Ideas

Most plecos need very large tanks. I'm not a professional on them so I'd make sure this is one of the smaller species. Otherwise I'd assume 40 gallons is too small.

    Outdoor Breeding Ideas

The rice fish come in reds oranges and bright whites now. They're pretty rare and from what I can tell people really like them. They are killifish

    Outdoor Breeding Ideas

Expensive but you might try Japanese rice fish. They are kind of good breeders and can handle pretty cold temps. Not sure about a 10 gal for a whole group though

    Outdoor Breeding Ideas

There are not many rare easy to breed fish that survive in a 10gal tbh.

Have Glofish, Frogs, And Yellow Snail

George, an idea that you might want to look into is going to an LFS. A lot of them usually have a used equipment section where you can go get next to new equipment. The thing is that the moment you do anything to a tank it uses almost all its value. You can probably get a 20 or 30 for a great...

Have Glofish, Frogs, And Yellow Snail

Quite honestly, you should never have to ask a pet store employee for help, whenever you go, you should know exactly what you need and what fish are appropriate for you. This hobby is 90%, research 10% execution.
