Does anyone know if camallanus worms can be resistant to both levamisole fenbendazole? I’ve heard that but I wanted to know if anyone has experienced that? Also I heard of this other aquatic medicine called nematol, has anyone used that?
So I have a really severe camallanus infection in my tank. I wanted to know if it would stress a harlequin rasbora enough that it would jump out of the tank or if I needed to check the water for something else. Also is there any way to help the fish while I await for fritz expel-p to arrive?
It looked a bit longer and more stringy. I did treat for parasites when I originally got them but I know that doesn’t necessarily kill the parasites eggs. Nobody but the gourami are affected though. Should I treat them again?
I’m sorry to hear that. When I had algae problems I decreased my light intensity and dosed flourish excel. If plants are dying I’d turn your light back up and try dosing excel to kill it. Although a little algae in your tank is normal.
It depends on the types of plants in the tank. Some plants require more intense lighting than others. I have a light that rests of the top of the fish tank and that works well for me. But really the intensity of the light will affect more than the height the light is from the tank.
