Shrimp are available. I'm trying to get rid of them fast.
Most are high grade sakura/low fire red. Shipping is 10 dollars. Shrimp will be packed in poly bags wrapped in trash bags/newspaper. Boxes will be lined with Styrofoam for insulation...
I wouldn't euthanize yet, especially if the fish is still active and eating. It may reverse itself. Just feed less, give it time and see what happens, but if the fish starts to decline that may be the time to euthanize.
I do have lots of watter lettuce left, but it doesn't seem to do well during shipping when compared to other plants. I could definitely try though. Of course if it doesn't make it then I'll refund everything. I'll send 35+ so hopefully more than half makes it. Pm me for specifics.
Yes they are, I just haven't had the time to order bags and insulation to ship them in. Give me a week and I can get you something.
If you need them now Pwilly07 sells good shrimp, I started my colony with his shrimp.
I'm now selling a huge portion of java moss off. I don't need it as I'm using this growout tub for other plants. I can't guarantee it's algae or snail free, but it is healthy. All seen in picture for $25 shipped. Finger is for size estimation.
I'd agree that you're still waiting for the bacteria that converts nitrites into nitrates. You may lose all your fry as they don't handle Ammonia and nitrite concentrations well. Just keep doing what your doing.
Is there a reason you don't want snails?
If you just don't want them you can use copper but if its because you think they will eat plants then don't worry they dont. Just don't overfeed and their population will level out.
