Hello all. I use to own both fish and frog as a kid but new very little, my parents also didn't know much. With the knowledge I now know I wonder how my frog lived for ten years in a vase with one plant.

I am much older now, a wife and mother. I am currently cycling a five gallon planted tank for a betta. The betta will be a family pet, I will mostly be taking care of the technical side such as testing the water while kids will be able to feed him/her since they are on the young side.

My dream tank would be at least 100 gallons, with a variety of fish and plants. Perhaps even a saltwater tank, but we live in an apartment so that shall have to wait.
