So my sister’s boyfriends uncle is giving me his 55 gallon tank (for free I think, which is a steal!!) but I was just informed it comes with their two fully grown oscars… yikes. Not sure what to do with them though, do I sell them? Gift them to a petsmart/co? feeling a little lost. Thanks for...
when I was treating my betta I did a daily epsom salt soak and treated her with kanaplex, which worked great. Keep up very frequent water changes, clean water is essential in treating dropsy. Wishing you luck!
edit: didn’t read part about aquarium salt. I would take it out with a few water...
I wish I could, but part of the deal is that it replaces the 10 gallon (excluding emergency things like aggressive fish), so I will go without the cories and save that idea for a future tank. Thank you!
I’ll probably do 7 of each.. is there any room in the stocking for any species of bottom dwelling fish? If it is getting into overstocked territory I don’t want to risk it, just think owning some would be cool :)
So this is just a possibility, but I may have convinced my dad to get a 20 gal to replace my 10. In the 10 I have,
2 harlequin rasboras
2 lambchop rasboras
I know the stocking is weird, It was my first tank and I did not do proper research. But, would this work for the 20?
