Whoa Carol! Are these Z. Danios yours? They look like they have Dropsy! One of my Cherry Barb females was that "pumped up" a few days ago too. I thought it was Dropsy, but the "swelling" went away so I guess she was just pregnant

Yep those are mine. They scatter eggs, get thin then plump up again LOL

Yup Someone on Plant Geek once called them "spazzy", lol. But I don't find them annoying at all. Their speed and swiftness are precisely the reasons why I love them Plus, I just love the black/navy-and-white stripes They're absolutely beautiful fish.

Im not sure if anyone else has noticed but my zebra danios have long whiskers?
Almost like a tiger barb but much longer and they fold them under there bottom jaw, I saw them sleeping and they used the whiskers to anchor themselvs to to gravel!
