The two males in my tank are beginning to scare me because they are very violent with each other. I saw a scale float away when they fought last and I'm concerned that i will find one of them floating in my tank. Is this normal behavior for them? It seems like the fighting goes on for hours then they retreat. I see this most at feeding time. I read that they were more peaceful than that. Help guys! =)

are they zebras? or giant danios?
my experience with giant danios is that they can become somewhat aggressive in a playful way.. but i guess if you have doubts you might want to separate them.

They are zebras and he nip at each other once in a while but then they pick a fight which one and start splashing around toward the top of the tank. The fighting has lessened since i posted this thread so maybe they are still getting used to their new tank.
