Ammonia Poisoning or something else?

Ok, I have a 20 Gallon Tank, ammonia 0 (I use a liquid test kit and it seems clear), nitrite 0, nitrate 10-15. (I did a 30% water change 5 minutes ago so that should be down)

Over the past couple of days I've noticed my little male Danio seemingly struggling to swim. It's almost as if his right side has gone numb as he seems to be tilted towards that side and I don't see him moving his right pectoral fin, meaning he's began to swim in circles. Also his caudal fin movement seems more "twitchy" than in control.

He's still eating if food floats his way, and he'll still move away if I place the net near him but again it seems very jerky when he moves.

All the other fish are doing fine, including the two I imagined would be more succeptable to changes in water parameters and none show any signs of disease and from what I have seen there is no aggression in the tank.

As I mentioned above I have done a 30% water change today and will do so again tomorrow and so on just in case there is Ammonia present and my test kit isn't showing it or I am unable to see the change in colour.

Other than that, is there anything else it could be that I might have missed?

aww poor lil guy..if your water is good, dont change it....do you know the pH in your tap compared to the ph in your tank? could be a ph shock..or maybe he was bred to have issue as overbreeding is sometimes a cause? have you had him long?
