zebra danios and corydoras catfish or otocinclus catfish. you might want to set up something slightly bigger, as zebra danios are a very active species, and should have lotsa room to swim in

I have a 14g tank with 9 zebras in it, they seem content with themselves and their surroundings.

could could try 4 or 5 zebras in a 10 g with 2 or 3 cories. the cories will overstock your tank and you will need to perform maitenance more frequently to keep up with waste buildup

Danios and Corys both need to be in groups of three or more. I would go for an odd number of Danios, they seem to do better (I don't know why )
If you go for a smaller species of corys it would be even better
Three of the smallest corys are habrosus, pygmaeus and hastatus
