Bully!

I just got two new glofish to put into a tank with a bronze cory. The cory totally ignores them, but the bigger glofish chases the smaller one around relentlessly, and the smaller one has taken to hiding behind the filter. Also, the big one chases it away from the food--it still eats, just not as much. I know they like being in groups, but I have a really small tank and didn't want to crowd it. Is there any way I can stop one from getting bullied so much? Should I remove one of them for a little while?

Add as many line-of-sight breaking objects as you can. Dense plants, ornaments, driftwood, and rock all work well. But no, dropping the aggression probably won't happen, you can buffer it and play defense now. The fish get antsy and uncomfortable when not in schools which leads to aggression and fin nipping. It can lead to one being bullied into jumping out of the tank. If I were you I'd keep something smaller that doesn't need to be in a school or get a bigger tank. Bettas work well for 2-5g tanks if that is how small it is. If it is smaller than 2g you can keep small cherry shrimp or cardinia shrimp in it is about all.

Welcome to Fishlore.
Chief waterchanger has good ideas, and I applaud you for realizing that your tank is small. I've heard about people cramming a huge school of fish into a 5g tank.

Thanks! I didn't realize they needed to be kept in bigger groups when I bought them, the guy at the pet store wasn't very helpful...
But hiding seems to be working out for the smaller one so far, and the chasing has subsided some, especially at night. I'll look into getting a bigger tank, but there isn't too much space in a dorm room.

Zebra Danios are fun fish to watch! But Chief_Waterchanger has a good idea. Put in more decor! I would like to find out how many gallons your aquarium is!! It would be easier to help guide you from there!!!!
