Snap, Crackle and Pop

So our three Yoyos are named Snap, Crackle and Pop because of their noisy eating which I swear sounds like a hyper bowl of Rice Crispies after you add milk.. can't tell them apart, but they frolic happily with a pair of Dojos( Mutt & Jeff) and the one survivor of a pair of Khulies that I rescued from someone I know, who had them in deplorably toxic conditions in a tiny tank!

I guess we officially have a Loach tank now, and lemme tell you, their antics never fail to make us laugh.. which is why we'd love to hear from all of you loach experts what are the best kinds of ornaments and plants we can place in their tank to keep all three species happy and healthy.. and besides flakes, pellets, and freeze-dried brine shrimp, which the Yoyos seem to get maniacal over, are there any fruits and veggies that they enjoy to add some variety to their diet?.. a previous poster mentioned zuchinni, are there any others I can try?

Frozen bloodworms are always a hit with loaches. All of my loaches loved melons but it can be messy.

I started noticing they would eat the peas that the bettas missed eating when they had their pea treats. I have been making a few extra halves of frozen peas that I nuke for about 20 seconds in the microwave and then skin and put the whole thing in the tank and they eat them. It took them a little while to figure out that they were food but once they did the melee was on.

My Yo-Yos love their Grecian Urns type decoration with all those holes and they chase each other through the holes and in and around the thing and have me in stitches several times a day when I have the time to spend with them. Before I put it in the tank they had just plain caves and they hardly ever came out to play.

I put pictures of it in the Yo-Yo pictures section
