I have a yellow tang that has bad fin rot. I've tried two different treatments but no effect. I don't want to loose the little fella. Any suggestions?

Usually the cause of poor water conditions... Do frequent partial water changes to keep the water clean and provide a good diet and it should bounce back. What are the readings from your test kits - Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, ph, Specific Gravity, etc?
